Adam Anschultz
Consultant and Implementation Specialist
Adam brings nearly a decade of experience driving growth and operational excellence across entrepreneurial ventures and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms.

He began his career at Paystand, a Silicon Valley–based, venture-backed payments technology company now valued at over $1 billion. Adam worked directly under the founding team, leveraging a new wave of digital marketing technology to expand their client base.
He later joined a boutique RIA in Malibu, CA, where he quickly advanced through the organization, contributing across financial planning, marketing, business development, operations, and ultimately human capital management.
Over the course of eight years, Adam played a central role in shaping the firm’s trajectory—driving initiatives in talent recruitment and development, improving operational systems, and fueling growth through focused marketing efforts. As Managing Director, Adam led a firm-wide transformation initiative that restructured the organization into high-performing advice teams, introduced a forward-thinking compensation model, streamlined the technology stack, and deployed niche marketing strategies that helped the firm surpass $1 billion in assets under management.
Adam holds a BA in Economics from Pepperdine University and recently completed the Executive Development Program at Stanford University. His passion lies at the intersection of people, technology, and strategy—helping founder-led firms align people, purpose, and performance for sustainable growth.
